Omega XL is a fish oil supplement specially designed for joint pain and health. But despite having a real good side (clinical evidence), it has enough downsides.

Overall, Omega XL’s formula hides a lot of essential information, it has many complaints from previous users and it’s really expensive overall. Plus, its directions are pretty unclear, so that the label recommends taking up to 6 pills per day (for best results). In this case, one bottle isn’t going to last more than 10 days and you will need 3 bottles for a monthly supply. This makes it even more expensive than initially.

Considering there are much better alternatives on the market, I really don’t think Omega XL is a good choice any soon.
